Overview
The main school reception is the face of GD International School. A large, naturally lit, air-conditioned, double-height space with elegant wood panelling, branded signage, comfortable parent seating, digital notice board TV displaying live announcements, visitor sign-in kiosk and a display cabinet showcasing school trophies, medals and accolades. The reception front desk is manned by two courteous Admin Executives from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on all working days.
All admissions enquiries, parent meetings, appointment scheduling, fee counter direction, document collection and general queries are handled here. The School Principal has an adjacent cabin and is available for pre-scheduled parent meetings every Wednesday between 9–11 AM. A wheelchair is permanently stationed at reception for elderly and differently-abled visitors; the entire entrance is ramp-accessible.
