Overview
GD International School has two fully equipped air-conditioned meeting rooms: a 12-seater Board Room for formal management, parent-teacher, academic and admissions committee meetings; and a 30-seater Conference Hall for staff meetings, workshops, CBSE inspections, parent orientations and training sessions. Both rooms feature 4K LED projection screens, 1080p HD video conference setups with Jabra speakerphones, Wi-Fi, flip charts, whiteboards, cordless microphones and tea/coffee pantry service.
All teacher training workshops, guest-lecture in-services, parent-teacher association (PTA) body meetings and Open Houses are conducted in the Conference Hall. For large events the 500-seat Auditorium (see Auditorium page) is used. Rooms are booked through the Front Office / Admin portal at least 48 hours in advance.
