Overview
Student and staff washrooms at GD International School, Sector 92 are designed with safety, hygiene and dignity as non-negotiable priorities. Separate washrooms exist for boys, girls and junior wing on every single floor — no shared spaces between age-groups or genders. Each washroom is tiled in anti-bacterial vitrified tiles with anti-slip flooring, sensor-operated taps, solar-heated warm water in winter, soap dispensers, hand-dryer, toilet-paper, sanitary-napkin incinerators (girls wing) and sanitary-napkin vending machines.
A dedicated female attendant in every girls washroom and junior wing washroom is on duty during the entire school day. Washrooms are deep-cleaned 3 times daily plus spot cleaning between breaks; pest control is done weekly and microbiological swab tests of wash surfaces are conducted monthly by NABL-accredited labs, with results reported to the Principal and Admin Committee.
